One Act play

So the one act play is about to star, stress all over again. For this year, Rupert decided to make us write our own script. We finished writing it and it is based on a famous market center in our contry, Polvos Azules. Each one of us is creating it's own character and so until now we have:
Diego - Flash - Dorky nerdie
Sebas- Captain - (maybe ultra perve)
Vale - sam - boy ish girl
Sandra- Sunshine - hippie
Claudia- Mrs. Middleton - British worklady
Felipe- Totsy - Bi polar
Rodrigo - Kawabata - Asian porn addict
We decided to act the play 3 times, each on a different setting and you only get to hear each scene pere time. My concerns about this play are:
1) Who will be encharge of scenery because I WON'T.
2) Are we going to be able to make people laugh and still make them take us seriously as actors?
3)How in the world are we going to manage to rehearse all the play in 2 weeks (me huele a que otra ves estamos short of time)
4)FLASH! about my character: voice? Breathing? posture? Is is going to be like Astolfo (lVeS) same techniques to find my character!? how am i going to end up like flash?!?!?!?!?
